All other drivers must retake the Passenger Assistance and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Training Course per TLC rules. Drivers who completed the WAV Course within the prior 12 months will not be required to retake the course. Drivers previously licensed by TLC who completed and passed the Driver Education Course will not be required to retake the course and exam if the driver’s prior license expired within the previous five years.
